Qualifying defects in materials and workmanship may be repaired or replaced. During the first 10 years, Awara will replace eligible mattresses free of charge. After 10 years, Awara will choose to either replace the mattress or repair and re-cover it. Please note that a $50 shipping charge will apply each way, unless Awara finds an eligible defect, in which case the charge will be waived. Any mattresses that are repaired or replaced will continue to be covered under the original warranty policy.

The Botanical Bliss Mattress is protected by a 25-year limited warranty that covers qualifying defects.
